Lydia Durkin George (BSc, MSc, MCSP) is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Soft Tissue Therapist, as well as the founder of Form.at.Physio.
She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from The University of Salford and an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health from UCL. She has completed research in collaboration with The International Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) Centre of Research Excellence.
With a special interest in female athlete health, Lydia applies her expertise in sports and exercise medicine to a broad range of clients—from elite athletes to everyday movers of all ages.
Her professional experience includes consulting for the Georgian Rugby Union National teams in Tbilisi, The English Institute of Sport (UK Sports Institute) as part of the Olympic and Paralympic medical teams in Manchester, UK CrossFit athletes, and The NHS.
Having lived and worked internationally, Lydia understands the challenges of accessing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare while relocating. This insight led her to create form.at.physio.online, providing consistent, high-quality online physiotherapy that moves with you!
Lydia is an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
